Father God in heaven,
I admit that I have said, thought and done things that are offensive to you. I have lived my life for myself. I am sorry and I ask you to forgive me. I choose to turn around and to follow you and your ways. I believe that you came down to earth and died on the cross for me in the person of your Son Jesus Christ. You did what I could not do for myself. I come to you now and ask you to take charge of my life. Help me to live every day in a way that pleases you. Thank you for saving me. Help me to love you as you love me, and help me to love others as you love them. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
